Job Description

  • Collecting overdue amounts by rigorous follow-up and make sure company money is recovered fully and on time.
  • Follow up with clients regarding past due amounts to ensure their collection within the earliest cycle.
  • Ensure the collection of past due amounts by following up with clients through email and telephone.
  • Transfer or escalate the collection process to the necessary department and maintain open communication until resolution.
