Job Description

  • To assist the Store Manager in achieving financial results and operational targets by driving sales and services and effectively managing coffee bar resources.
  • Serves as a developmental role towards becoming a Store Manager, achieving readiness within 12 months.
  • Coach, train, and role model service, quality, and operational standards in the coffee bar and assist in all aspects of running the business. This includes daily exceptional execution of the brands operational programs as well as supporting overall talent leadership.
