CNC Router Machine operator with experience is required for a Dubai based company. Skilled CNC Router Cutting Machine Operator/programing experience required for metal, wood, and acrylic sheets cutting works,2D and 3D Works. Experience Minimum 4+ years of specialize experience required for working, monitoring and optimizing the full operations of CNC Router Machines.Operate and optimize all CNC Router Cutting Machines Ensure safety at all times for operators and machines prior and during machine operations Perform routine and monthly maintenance for all machines Ensure quality and speed of each and every job, keeping production time to a minimum Loading of materials onto machines safely and efficiently, always ensuring proper placement before starting any work Monitor machine operation during production cycle, logging speed, positioning and feed rate Troubleshooting of machine and software if a problem arises Identifying machine malfunctions through any type of parts damage and getting it replaced as necessary
