? Proficient in reading engineering drawings and have a good knowledge/understanding of ISO standards.? Ability to create 3D models and CNC programs as per DWG requirement? Must be able to work with limited supervision and perform work under own directive? Knowledge of latest cutting tools and how to apply them as per the raw material spec? Experience with multiple CAM software including Mastercam V7, Mastercam 2018, Powermill, Autodesk Fusion 360 or similar. o Maintaining all programs in a systematic way with revision numberingo Maintaining backup for all proven programs with proper revision historyo Experience using canned cycles, macro programming, sub-routines, thread milling, helical interpolation and high speed machining techniques (trochoidal, vortex, high feed milling etc) is requiredo Hands on experience on FANUC and SIEMENS machine tool controllerso Experience working with CIMCO Edit, DNC Max and NC Back plot? Designing fixtures for high productivity and part quality The following are optional but recommended experience for this job role:? Programming Oil country / Hollow spindle lathes and API 5CT threading? Experience using Thread-check and TDWIN Taper software for threading applications? Programming critical jobs on heavy machines including 3m+ VTLs and 2m + Horizontal Boring / Milling machines? 5-axis positional and Mill-turn programming
