Job Responsibilities.1?Responsible for cloud computing industry application project demand analysis, cloud computing industry solution design, traditional IT solution transfer to cloud design and delivery implementation, etc.2, Deep understanding of partners and customers business needs, non-functional requirements, process requirements and industry data model.3?Based on the technology and characteristic of public and private clouds, customize cloud computing solutions for government, enterprise and industry customers.4?Responsible for the pre-sales phase of technical communication, solution design, proof of concept and other work.5?Responsible for customers technical support on cloud, cloud migration, multi-cloud management and other projects, such as application installation, cluster building, disaster recovery deployment, performance tuning, etc.6?With good communication skills and adaptability, able to independently communicate and exchange with customers and accurately grasp customer needs.7?Excellent presentation and documentation skills, able to independently write and explain solutions, and lead online demos and offline POC.8?The ability to dig deep into customer needs, guide demand indicators, and write project proposal with product advantages.9?Good teamwork skills, rich customer service experience, end-to-end delivery experience of major projects is preferred.
