We are looking for a Cloud Architect who will be responsible for designing, testing, documenting and supporting complex Platform as a Service. The Cloud Architect will ensure the technical direction of applications and solutions both within and across infrastructure silos that are strongly aligned with the business strategy. Ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of work experience in Cloud-IT Industry.Key Responsibilities? Responsible for projects delivery against designs and standards defined by the Architecture team.? Develop road maps describing evolution of infrastructure solutions from current to future state.? Ensures solutions fit strategically in the overall infrastructure architecture and meet existing technology standards.? Work with stakeholders to establish governance, ensuring infrastructure architecture standards are implemented successfully? Perform analysis of current environment to identify deficiencies and opportunities for improvement;? Recommend solutions and collaborate with infrastructure engineers to develop processes to implement changes.? Research and design new infrastructure technologies, architectures and processes? Be deeply integrated in the design of infrastructure application environments, assisting in alignment across all business units? Review and provide advice on high-level design decisions to ensure proper integration of new solutions? Provide detailed documentation on system designs, implementations and integrations? Effectively collaborate with stakeholders to gain collective buy-in on architecture strategiesRequired skills? Experience with one or more of the following: AWS, Azure, IBM Bluemix, VMWare Cloud? Experience PaaS (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker)? Fully grasp the concept of Infrastructure as a Code and should have used tools like Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Jenkins? Should have coding background and have working knowledge of any one of these languages: PHP, Python, .NET, C#, Node.js, Java? Has experience leading a Azure Cloud Migration project .? Has experience of executing/implementing a cloud solution in secure , isolated and restrictive environment.? Candidate must have strong understanding of how hybrid cloud network works.? Ability to design cloud solution both Cloud only and Hybrid Cloud? Has working knowledge cloud adoption tools for Cloud Migration , Cloud Management , Cloud Governance and Cloud Security.? Has technical depth of providing solution and should be able implement the solution as an individual.? Has experience presenting solution to multiple stakeholders.? Has experience of automation using Dev ops approach for both Infrastructure as Code & Application Code
