Clinical PsychiatristJob Location : United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities:•Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations of patients, taking into account their medical history, symptoms, and behavior.•Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, working closely with other healthcare professionals as needed.•Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals and groups, using evidence-based techniques and therapies.•Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and nurses.•Stay updated on the latest developments in psychiatry and mental health, attending conferences and workshops as necessary.•Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of new policies and procedures.Qualifications:•Must be fluent in both Arabic and English.•Valid DHA or DOH license for the UAE is required.•At least 5 years of experience in the UAE is essential.•Proven experience in adult and/or child psychiatry is highly advantageous.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.•Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment is crucial.
