The primary responsibility of the Speech Therapist is to evaluate, diagnose, and provide clinical services to clients.Responsibilities:? Evaluate, diagnose, and provide clinical services to clients with communication and/or swallowing disorders? Develop individualized treatment plans to address deficits and optimize communication or swallowing outcomes? Provide evidence-based treatments, interventions, and strategies to address speech and/or language deficits? Conduct assessments to determine the nature and severity of communication/swallowing disorders? Collaborate with other professionals, families, and schools to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes? Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed? Develop and implement patient/family education programs
