ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:? Receiving patients and assisting them in opening their files for treatment.? Assisting dentists in managing their patients files.? Answering phone calls.? Assuring the well archiving for patients files.? Booking appointments.? Using clinic software to create and manage patients, dentists, schedules, treatments, etc.? Working on insurance software to check eligibility and apply for insurance.? Collecting payments and logging it on to the university system.? Preparing annual reports with the required statistics related to the patients who attended the clinics.? Checking stock of equipment and informing management of shortages.? Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:? A bachelor?s degree in business administration or any related field.? 1-3 years of experience, that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified is required.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:? Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.? Records maintenance skills.?
