Job Description

12K-17K AED DOEWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinic Manager to play a key role in setting up and managing our Dubai operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for patient care and business management in the bariatric surgery and medical weight loss industry.Initially, this role will be remote, with the expectation of transitioning to an in-clinic setting as the Dubai operations grow. The successful candidate will take charge of operational setup, patient coordination, procedure bookings, and team expansion.Key Responsibilities

  • Business Setup & Operations: Assist in establishing our clinic in Dubai, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Patient Coordination: Handle patient inquiries, consultations, and bookings for bariatric surgeries and medical weight loss treatments.
  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality patient care by addressing concerns, explaining treatment options, and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Team Development: Recruit and manage a growing team as the business expands
  • Liaison with Medical Staff: Work closely with surgeons, dietitians, and medical professionals to coordinate treatments.
  • Compliance & Administration: Ensure the clinic adheres to local healthcare regulations and maintains proper documentation.
  • Marketing & Outreach: Assist with patient acquisition strategies and support marketing efforts.
