  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the clinic, overseeing staff and resources to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
  • Lead the clinics business development efforts by identifying growth opportunities, partnerships, and new service offerings that can expand the clinics reach, as well as executing marketing campaigns that will attract new patients and keep existing patients coming back.
  • Participate in the interview process, hiring decisions, training, and management of clinic staff.
  • Monitor and manage clinic supplies, products, and equipment required for various treatments.
  • Upsell aesthetic clinic services as well as develop and implement upselling strategies, collaborating with the team to maximize revenue while prioritizing patient satisfaction.
