Job Description

Responsibilities:?????????Defining our partnerships strategy and goals: Who we want to partner with across different regions, why, when and how?????????Building relationships with key strategic partners

  • Owning implementation of partnerships end-to-end, including by
  • Engaging POCs across commercial, product, engineering, marketing, legal, compliance, and other functional areas towards a common goal
?????????Managing internal and partner stakeholders?????????Ensuring project management and delivery against milestones?????????Leading contract negotiations and partnership structuring with co-investors?????????Managing a vast array of relationships including internal and external stakeholders, joint ventures partners, as well as both Governmental and Non-Government entities?????????Maintaining and growing executive level relationships for both- support of existing and development of the future projects?????????Identifying and assessing the economic viability of the projects and business opportunities?????????Lead corporate expansion activities throughout different continents?????????Helping to manage and oversee project delivery?????????Communicating effectively on the progress and status of various initiatives and projects and their purview within the company?s objectives and timelines?????????Acting as a company?s spokesperson at key industry events as an advocate for the project
  • Ensuring that you are well informed of relevant market trends, developments, and key industry news/events
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or above, and have at least 8-10 years experience in relevant fields
  • Attention to detail with excellent communication skills and patience
  • Capable of working under pressure
  • Cooperative with strong team spirit and a willingness to motivate colleagues
  • A proven track record of developing relationships and strategic partnerships thus growing the business
  • Should be well connected across the Ecosystem in different regions and networks
  • A strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • A sense of urgency, pragmatism and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving - Always willing to have the difficult conversations when required
  • Strong decision-making and risk assessment capabilities, with good judgment and commitment to delivering results within tight deadlines
  • Able to thrive and lead in a fast-paced, changing environment, while retaining the long-term focus. Comfortable managing in an ambiguous/uncertain environment when required
