Changing the way things are given, cared for and used.˙In the role of Client manager, you will be a brand ambassador trying to communicate the companys mission and values.Tasks:- Handling incoming orders and the companys customer base- Advising customers on all issues related to the brand, working hours, ordering, payment, delivery, return and exchange, categories, assortment, prices, rules of service.- Providing a high level of service, assisting customers in selecting looks and sizes- Handling incoming requests and calls from customers via social networks (Instagram, Facebook), messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp), by phone and e-mail.- Work with the companys internal CRM- Working with clients- Interaction with employees of other departments to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals of the company, as well as with contractors of the company (warehouse, couriers, dry cleaning, etc.).- Control of fulfillment on orders, deliveries, processing of feedback from the customer- Working with warehouse assortment- Work with suppliers who place their assortment on the platform. Control SLA on shipments- Willing to learn and gain expert knowledge in the world of fashion, shering and efficient utilization of resources
