Our client is a˙leading˙company in˙Retail Luxury Goods and Jewelry˙Industry. They are now looking for a˙Client Experience Expert˙to join them.˙Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensures a unique and exceptional client experience according to VIP brand standards
  • Collects client?s information and registers in the system
  • Meets individual and boutique targets, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge information and advertisements
  • Proactively supports the Sales staff on the floor should they need assistance
