Job Description

The Client Executive plays a critical role in an insurance brokerage firm by managing client relationships, ensuring high-quality service, and providing guidance on various insurance products and services. They are responsible for supporting the client servicing team, helping clients with insurance solutions, and contributing to business development efforts.Responsibilities;

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs, expectations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring that policies remain in force and renewals are processed on time.
  • Provide advice on various insurance products, including health, , property, liability, and commercial insurance.
  • Recommend suitable insurance products and services based on clients needs, budget, and risk profiles.
  • Assist clients in the claims process, ensuring all documentation is submitted accurately and promptly.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and processing of insurance policies, endorsements, and renewals.
  • Ensure all client-related documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, negotiate rates, and resolve policy-related issues.
  • Communicate effectively with insurers to ensure that clients receive the best coverage options at competitive rates.
