Job Description

Our client has a great atmosphere, they work hard and play hard and they are looking for an additional team member with previous agency experience preferable from a brand/communications agency (not someone with in-house brand experience).?You must be fluent in Arabic.?Responsibilities:?

  • Maintaining high client satisfaction, work quality, project profitability, and project team efficiency
  • Proactively handle client challenges and devise solutions
  • Bring strategic and branding insights, and solve problems for specific business or brand issues
  • Act as a central point of communication on multiple projects internally and externally
  • Identify, qualify and make initial contact for new business opportunities
  • Identify opportunities for growing existing business
  • Prepare and support in the preparation of brand workshop materials;
  • Support in the delivery of brand workshops to clients
  • Lead briefings to creative and strategy teams
  • Prepare project reports and learning?s and communicate results and recommendations to Client Director and Senior Client Advisor
  • Have a point of view and be willing to share internally and externally
  • Be a representative of the agency, leading clients on a day-to-day basis
  • Anticipating the client?s needs and ensure on time delivery of projects. Support the advisory team on project management tasks and lead smaller projects independently.
