Job Description

Job Purpose and RoleThe candidate will be working mostly within the Finance and Administration team and will coordinate with the Company?s Head of Claims.?The role is varied and demanding and will be dealing with all levels of staff so excellent communication skills are essential. The primary role is to assist the Head of Claims on insurance claims-related reports preparation and assist the Head of Finance and Compliance on regulatory and compliance checks.?Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle claims correspondence and maintain claims files
  • Record and analyze claims notifications received from business partners/brokers with respect to Energy risks written
  • Prepare claims report and bordereaux on a timely basis for review and submission to the Head of Claims
  • Perform sanctions checks prior to processing of claims payments
  • Assists the Compliance Officer on performing KYC and Onboarding procedures of business partners and customers
  • Performs research and sanctions check on business, risks and transactions entered or to be entered by the Company?
