Civil Site SupervisorJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities :•Supervise and monitor all civil construction activities (excavation, PCC/RCC works, shuttering, steel reinforcement, masonry, finishing, etc.).•Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, and method statements.•Coordinate with site engineers and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.•Inspect materials and workmanship to maintain required quality standards.•Raise non-conformance issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.•Maintain detailed records of work progress, materials used, and inspection reports.•Ensure all site operations follow safety regulations and company policies.•Conduct toolbox talks and enforce PPE usage.•Report safety violations, incidents, or near misses promptly.
