Civil Site EngineerJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities•Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives;•Preparation of Red Markup and As-Built document schedules•Construction Project Execution.•Project completion report.•Work closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designs•Develop diagrams and visual aids and prepare design specifications•Execute project based on outlined criteria•setting out, leveling and surveying the site;•checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations;•ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications;•overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant;•agreeing a price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project;Requirements :•3-5 Years of experience in building contracting mainly into high rise buildings in UAE•Bachelor/s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
