  • Prepare cost planning and cost Estimates
  • Handle pre & post contract calculations, quantity take-off and correspondence
  • Prepare tender documents, addendum, analysis & negotiation & prepare the cost budgets and prices for contract variations
  • Monitor the project cost and preparation of cost reports
  • Propose the preliminary concept and estimated cost of the project, exercise skill, care, and diligence.
