Job Description

Important note: Candidates who do not answer all screening questions will automatically be rejected.About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager to lead the execution of various construction and maintenance projects across Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple teams, ensure high-quality delivery, and confidently handle coordination with consultants, government entities, and subcontractors.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full project lifecycle from site mobilization to handover
  • Manage on-site activities for residential villas, service blocks, and public infrastructure
  • Coordinate the construction of boundary walls, steel/wooden structures, interlocks, and fencing systems
  • Liaise with government authorities and clients to obtain approvals and ensure compliance
  • Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain timelines and quality standards
  • Prepare work schedules, material take-offs, BOQs, and progress reports
  • Identify issues early and implement corrective actions without delays
Projects Youll Lead:
  • Villa/service block construction
  • Facility maintenance/renovations
  • Boundary wall construction and fence installations
  • Steel shade and wooden pergola structures (large and small)
  • Interlock paving and landscape hardscaping
