Job Description

?? Position: Project Coordinator?? Location: Reporting to Manager - Engineering?? Salary: AED 10,000 - 11,000Requirements:

  • Degree: Civil Engineering
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in the UAE, specifically in industrial/warehouse projects
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare bid packages for civil works and evaluate technical quotes.
  • Coordinate material and shop drawing submissions with subcontractors.
  • Ensure all civil shop drawings are coordinated before construction.
  • Maintain and update complete project logs.
  • Supervise production of coordination drawings and ensure contract compliance.
  • Work closely with teams to address project engineering needs.
  • Address potential conflicts in project activities and manage project close-out documentation.
