Job Description

Position Title:˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Civil InspectorEmployment Type:˙˙˙˙˙Full TimeSalary:˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location:˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙˙Dubai, UAE˙About the Client: A Dubai-based contracting company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects˙

  • Coordinate with Contractor / Sub-Contractors site representatives for accuracy and sequencing of works.
  • Interface with lead Consultants & supervise contractor?s staff to determine and verify project requirements.
  • Receive material inspection requests (MIR) from contractor, inspect civil materials delivered at site and report on quantity and technical compliance and sign off requests.
  • Prepare/complete the necessary documentation prior to inspection of the works and process accordingly following completion of the inspection.
  • Keep, monitor and follow up as necessary and maintain complete record(s) concerning the execution of the works.
