Civil EstimatorJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications.•Review tender documents, project specifications, and drawings to identify scope and requirements.•Obtain and analyze quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.•Prepare pre-tender and post-tender comparison reports.•Coordinate with the design, procurement, and operations teams during the tender stage.•Assist in preparing technical and commercial bid submissions.•Maintain cost databases and ensure estimation accuracy aligned with company standards.Requirements:•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.•Minimum 4–5 years of UAE experience in infrastructure estimation (roads, utilities, drainage, etc.).•Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software (Candy / CCS preferred).•Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.•Ability to work independently and meet tight tender deadlines.
