Job Description

Parisima Talent is currently hiring a Civil Engineer for its real estate client who will be supporting customer care technical team.Job role-We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer with customer service experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers and other stakeholders.Main Responsibilities -

  • Reviewing the technical requests from customers, and providing initial feedback
  • Coordinating with Infra and Planning team, prepare a response/ NOC to customers.
  • Open and close the requests in Yardi - a property management system
  • Hold technical meeting with customers.
  • Provide customer service to clients, answering questions and resolving issues
