?Assist the General Manager in daily activity and requirements in terms of correspondence, drafting, BOQ, etc.?Prepare space plans and conceptual designs for projects as per client?s requirements.?Prepare and attain approvals on mood boards and presentations to clients as per their requirements.?Prepare detailed BOQ, material specifications and detailed shop drawings on auto card.?Prepare the work schedule in coordination with the General Manager, and ensure close follow up is maintained to achieve completion as per schedule.?Follow up and receive approvals from all concerned authorities to commence works on site.?Coordinate with relevant Project Managers to prepare weekly progress reports for client records.?Maintain professional communication and relationships with clients, architects and office team.?Assist the General Managers to finalize the subcontractors/ vendors.?Record additional works, progress, delays on site and take necessary action to resolve the same at the earliest.?Conduct project completion reports and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.?Ensures project documents are updated, completed and stored appropriately.?Follow the system and procedures of the company.?Hand over projects to clients in full for operations to be commenced
