Civil EngineerJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Assist in the planning, design, and detailing of civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, drainage systems, and infrastructure.•Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports using relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).•Conduct site investigations and surveys to gather data for project design and planning.•Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.•Manage project timelines and budgets, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.•Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project coordination.•Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and other technical documents.•Monitor project progress and prepare regular progress reports.•Ensure adherence to relevant codes, standards, and regulations.•Perform quality control inspections and tests to ensure the integrity of construction materials and workmanship.Requirements :•Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.•Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, preferably with a contracting company.•Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.•Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and regulations.•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.•Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.•Familiarity with Dubai Municipality regulations and standards is an advantage.•Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
