Civil EngineerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:•Lead execution of interior fit-out projects (commercial & residential)•Read and interpret architectural, structural, and drawings•Supervise daily site operations, subcontractors, and labour teams•Ensure all work complies with Dubai Municipality and civil defence standards•Manage materials, quality checks, and timely progress•Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly•Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for management and clientsRequirements :•Bachelors in Civil Engineering•Must have UAE/GCC experience in interior fit-out•Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience•DM approval is mandatory•Strong knowledge of site execution & authority procedures•UAE Driving Licence is required
