Technical Skills

Cable Laying Expertise: Experience in excavation, duct installation, cable pulling, jointing, and backfilling processes.
Familiarity with trenchless technologies like Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) (preferred).
Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of DEWA (Dubai Electricity and Water Authority) and RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) standards, regulations, and approval processes.
Understanding of utility authority permits and NOC acquisition procedures.
Project Management: Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and managing resources for timely project delivery.
Use of project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
Quality Control and Assurance: Ensuring compliance with project specifications, materials, and work standards.
Experience in preparing method statements, inspection requests, and quality documentation.
HSE Compliance: Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards related to civil works.
Ability to conduct risk assessments and enforce safety protocols on-site.
Surveying & Drafting: Experience with topographical surveying tools and AutoCAD for preparing and reviewing site layouts.
