We are looking for a well-organized Civil Engineer with strong leadership skills to join our growing team.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Knowledge of project specifications & method statements.Reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.Guide and Supervise site construction activities.Supervising and guiding foremen & workers.Reviewing construction drawings and prepare shop drawingsMonitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.Supervise resources and allocation.Control project costs.Prepare daily, weekly and monthly project status reports.Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.Report issues and escalate to management as needed.Candidate should have the following qualifications:Have degree in Civil Engineering.Have 1 to 10 years of experience related to same construction field.Great leadership and organizational skills.Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.UAE driving license plus Own car is required for this role.
