Civil EngineerJob Location : UAEResponsibilities:?Plan, design, and supervise construction projects from conception to completion.?Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility, identify potential challenges, and propose solutions.?Prepare detailed engineering plans, drawings, and specifications according to project requirements and regulations.?Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.?Monitor project progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with safety standards and building codes.?Review and approve project designs, materials, and construction methods.?Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to identify and address any deviations from project specifications.?Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and schedules, and monitor expenditures to ensure adherence to financial constraints.?Resolve any technical issues or disputes that may arise during the construction process.?Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements in construction technology, and regulatory changes.Requirements:?Bachelor?s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.?Proven experience in civil engineering, preferably in the UAE.?Proficiency in engineering design software and AutoCAD.?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.?Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.?Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.?Familiarity with construction laws, regulations, and building codes in the UAE.
