Job Description

:Required for a building construction company in Dubai, a civil engineer for office and site work with at least five years of experience in UAE.5+ years of Experience.:UAE Driving LICENSE (Required).:Candidates need Civil engineering certificate and Valid UAE society of engineering card.:Proven working experience in civil engineering.;Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar.:Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.:Project management and supervision skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • :License from Dubai Municipality.
  • Contribute to the project development process by preparing effective planning, resource allocation, and implementation blueprint.
  • Visit the construction site to assess practical challenges and study relevant reports for suggesting modifications.
  • Assess potential risks, materials and costs.
  • Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries.
  • Focus on safety standards and regulations during each stage of project development.
  • Support planning, pricing, bidding and tendering for new projects.
