  • Develop a project execution plan from scratch and cover all crucial parameters that act as potential guidelines.
  • Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).
  • Study and determine various fundamental aspects of a construction project like materials, cost estimate, and potential risks to overcome.
  • Organizing materials and required construction equipment by dealing with suitable vendors and companies.
  • Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety.
  • Offer crucial support to the companys bidding, pricing, and planning tasks for improving profit margins and sales.
