Job Description

Position Title:Civil EngineerEmployment Type:FulltimeSalary: up to 5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus company car and fuel allowanceJob Location:Dubai, UAEAbout the Client: One of the leading and high standard property maintenance and cleaning companies in Dubai.

  • Planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure
  • Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations
  • Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
  • Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety
  • Overseeing HVAC systems, plumbing, roof drain system and ventilation systems, and handle renovation of bathroom, apartment, or villas
