1.?SITE MANAGEMENT & DELIVERABLES ? CONSTRUCTION STAGE? Carry out construct ability review during the construction stages.? Review in a timely manner the Design Consultant / Contractor(s) submittals and forward comments to the Manager.? Ensure the Design Consultant / Contractor(s) incorporate the comments raised from previous stages.? Attend Progress and Technical meetings with the Contractor(s) and other Subcontractors.? Review the materials proposed and propose alternative to improve the quality, future maintenance, safety and cost effectiveness.? Review the change requests/ Variations submitted by the Contractor(s).? Participate in the pre-qualification of the construction Subcontractors.? Chair the Technical and Progress meetings that will be held with the Contractor(s).?2.?TECHNICAL AND QA/QC? Ensure that the works are carried out as per the specification, approved construction drawing and method statement. And confirm that the works are properly inspected at the required stages.? Issue and administer non-conformance, corrective action reports as necessary and ensure follow up.? Ensure the verification of documentation and certificates for material purchased.? Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and submit to the Client (if required) for review and record.? Check and ensure that required tests are performed and verify its compliance against requirements.? Report quality-related matters for taking necessary action and reports for information.
