Civil DraughtsmanJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesRequirements:•Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting•Minimum 5 -10 years of experience as a Civil Draftsman, preferably in the UAE•Proficient in AutoCAD (Civil 3D and Revit knowledge is an advantage)•Proven experience working on G+12/G+14 buildings and villa projects•Understanding of UAE building codes , authority submission requirements, and design standards•High attention to detail and technical accuracy•Strong organizational and coordination skills•Ability to work independently under tight deadlines•Experience preparing submission drawings for UAE authorities•(Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality, etc.)•Familiarity with structural, , and architectural coordination
