Civil Construction ManagerJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Manage day-to-day construction site operations across civil and structural works.•Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site engineers, and labor to ensure efficient workflow.•Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality control in accordance with client and developer standards.•Ensure compliance with all local regulations, HSE standards, and project-specific specifications.•Provide technical input and decision-making on civil works, including earthworks, foundations, roads, drainage, and utilities.•Conduct regular progress reviews, reporting, and resource planning.Requirements:•Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.•Construction management experience, preferably on large-scale residential, high rise and mixed-use developments (British or European construction background will be advantageous)•Proven track record of working with Tier 1 or 2 construction companies•Strong understanding of civil and infrastructure packages within a fast-paced construction environment.•Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
