L2 Operational Activities to be covered:

24x7 Monitoring of the access network.
Report alarms to the L1 team for fault clearance as required.
Support L1 team to clear the network alarms.
Configure / Reconfigure Access Points & Switches to support fault clearance by L1 team.
Provide daily/weekly /monthly fault report
Provide inventory reports
Monitor WLCs & take appropriate action, including L1 attendance as required to clear WLC faults.
Regular backup of inventories, Software, Configurations, etc as required for the network restoration use.
Identify faults / issues which requires L3/TAC support and create TAC support tickets.? Coordinate with TAC for resolution.
Monitor Client traffic and identify network congestions, performance, coverage holes and report to Client management with recommendations.
Coordinate with Wifi Access team / Client Core team as necessary to identify and clear faults?
Provide RCA for reported faults.
Work with Client ticketing & upper NMS system for operational activities.
Trouble shoot, rectify & restore connectivity issues with Client upper NMSs, Reporting tools, etc?

Provisioning Services:

All configuration & provisioning services required for addition of new sites or network elements.
Functional test and clearance for RFS & ON-AIR declaration of new sites.
Addition and all required configuration of WLCs or any other access control elements as required.
Decommissioning of sites/network elements/ WLCs as required.
Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports as applicable of Commissioning/Decommissioning
Coordinate with Wifi Access team / Client Core team as necessary for provisioning activities
