Dubai Holding Entertainmentcurrently has an exciting career opportunity within our Roxy Cinema Business. We are looking to hirea Cinema Operations Manager.The Cinema Operations Managerhas overall responsibilities of property operations (guest relations, F&B, maintenance content management, box office and revenue & safety standard. Aim is to run the Roxy Cinemas business efficiently and effectively. Delegate & advise teams to execute and manage the operations to maximize revenue, guest satisfaction and reduce costs.Key Accountabilities (Includes, but not limited to the following):Financial Responsibilities

• Achieve the % KPI of customers satisfaction rate through Mystery Shopper Audits across all assets
• Achieve EBITDA, footfall and per cap targets
• Manage all cost efficiently to increase profitability
• Create yearly budgets for the Roxy Cinema to plan and develop the Overall Operations

• Fully in-charge of daily operation of the Roxy Cinema of assigned locations.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the Roxy Cinema operations to grow the business
• Set up and implement regular meetings with the different levels of the operation to have a good communication at all levels.
• Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures to ensure an efficient operation.
• Liaise with the operational Team Leaders on a regular basis to set up and implement sales and promotion strategies.
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly results and communicate through reports and meetings to all levels to be proactive to business requirements.
• Actively benchmark guest satisfaction and keep up with consumer market trends in the cinemas business regionally and internationally.
• Lead the Roxy Cinema operation and cinema programming team daily to ensure a smooth-running operation.
• Create and implement strict inventory control systems to maximize the profitability of the Roxy Cinema.
• Increase rating, rankings and consumer reviews from OTA and social platforms (i.e. Trip advisor, Facebook etc.).

• In conjunction with Marketing Team, develop and implement the brand strategy of Roxy Cinemas.
• Develop the market strategy for existing and new productions and locations and oversee the implementation, including campaigns, events, digital marketing, PR.
• Monitor competitors within the district for industry trends, standards, activities and practices and take appropriate action where required.
• Promote and support company sponsored guest and associate recognition programs
• Establish and promote Roxy Cinema Brand and help create brand awareness to attract and increase the customer?s footfall.

• Set objectives/ KPIs/ milestones for Roxy Team and conduct appraisals for direct reports on Electronic Performance Management System.
• Provide guidance, support, and input to Roxy business segments, reporting teams, where necessary.
• Ensure that Roxy team members are provided learning and career development opportunities by identifying successors within the team, preparing them for the next accountable roles and recommending them for external trainings whenever required in consultation with HC Department.
• Ensure that productivity and service delivery of the department is improved on continuous basis by keeping team members motivated and engaged.
• Perform any other tasks as requested by the line manager and as per the business needs.
