Job Description

  • Coordinate with the whole medical team to achieve the daily goals and overall mission of a long term care facility
  • Ensure all medical staff complies with facility policies and regulations
  • Assist HR in recruitment and operation management for physicians, nurses, paramedics and other staff needed
  • Develop cooperation between physicians, nurses, medical and administrative departments ? this includes adequate training and competencies
  • Coordinate real time issues and submit bi-weekly admin reports to the CEO
