Job Description

A 4-star hotel is looking for the HR generalist. The role to is participate in the hotel opening preparation as well as overseeing employee hiring, training, and payroll management when the hotel starts operating.ÿRESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Work closely with the executive team to establish recruiting plans.
  • Manage the recruitment process, handling the complete recruitment cycle ? Sourcing, Screening, Evaluating, Salary negotiation, and Reference checks.
  • Enhance company structure by setting job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿArrange employee records such as contracts, visas, and work permits.
  • Organize training programs for all hotel employees such as customer service skills training.
  • Plan attractive compensation and benefits packages for employees.
  • Collaborate with accommodation, transport, and catering for our employees when needed.
