Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead our chiller operations and cooling tower operations. The ideal candidate will have strong UAE experience, manage on-site teams, and play an active role in technical sales and client development.Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of chiller systems & cooling towers
  • Lead technical teams and supervise field staff
  • Ensure performance, safety, and compliance with UAE standards
  • Handle client communication and system reporting
  • Support technical sales, prepare proposals, and bring in new business
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in chiller/cooling system operations, with UAE experience
  • Background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in managing teams and client-facing roles
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and energy optimization
  • Proven track record in technical sales or business development
