1. Develop the Organization?s Purchasing Policies and procurement strategies of the group companies.2. Lead a Strong Procurement Team.3. Manage Annual Organizational Purchase Budgets.4. Oversee the preparation and implementation of the Procurement office budgets, collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the procurement specifications, encourage constant researches to identify potential new suppliers, products and services to meet the company standards.5.
