Job Description

Whilst many organizations have downsized due to the pandemic this one has grown and have now yet another brand-new role, this time for a COO. The reason this organization has grown is due to the strength of the team and leadership. A brief job description is provided below.Description:

  • Developing business plans
  • Ensuring the annual budget and KPIs are in line with the strategy
  • Preparing monthly management reports and quarterly board reports
  • Managing and motivating the teams on a day-to-day basis
  • Ensuring the company is always legally compliant
  • Review contracts/agreements and ensure policies are always reviewed and current
  • Oversee the IT requirements along with the marketing and communications strategy
  • Responsible for the smooth running of the day-to-day operations
