Job Description

A leading classifieds vertical in the Mena Region, is seeking a COO to power its phenomenal growth into the future. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead one of the fastest growing portals in the region.The leading auto portal in the MENA region empowering users with tools and information to make all their car-buying decisions. As the COO you will be responsible for creating and implementing the business strategy and taking full ownership of the business outcomes. You will

  • STRATEGIZE: Participate in setting companywide Revenue generating strategy to achieve companys Vision. In particular develop strategy and tactics for each of: HR, Marketing, Sales, Technology, Product, Operations, Finance.
  • PLAN, BUDGET, DOCUMENT: Translate the strategies into specific, measurable, executable, realistic, and timely plans. These should include revenue and expense projections and the method to achieve them.
  • HIRE, TRAIN & MENTOR: Take a leadership role in attracting and retaining a group of A players
  • SET SMART OBJECTIVES, MONITOR PERFORMANCE, MAINTAIN ACCOUNTABILITY, & DELIVER RESULTS: Coordinate and manage resources and teams so that planned outcomes are exceeded
  • LEARN , ASSESS, & INNOVATE: Continually be building global best of class products and services
You will report to the CEO of the Company.
