Provide the required statistical data and information in coordination with the sections in the department.
Manage the monthly report for the management about the progress, achievements and obstacles of the sections in monthly basis, with the suggestions and recommendations to overcome them.
Follow up assigned tasks to the managers through the Electronic Management System from the director and coordinate with concerned sections/departments to ensure completing the various tasks (from CEO office and sectors and agencies).
Support Application Development team with development and testing tasks. Desirable to have workable knowledge of Mobile App development (Native-iOS/Android OR Hybrid), scripting languages (jQuery/Javascript, typescript, nodejs etc), Front end technologies ?(HTML5/CSS3) , knowledge in developing PL/SQL using Oracle database and testing tools
Ability to quickly learn and deliver demonstration modules in upcoming technologies.
Maintain training records for the department and coordinate with the sections regarding the yearly training plan programs in coordination with HR department.
Manage employees? satisfaction results, analyze, set the corrective actions and provide the required report to the management.
Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
Education
Bachelor degree / Higher Diploma in Business Administration, Management, and Computer science is preferable from a recognizeduniversity.
