Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a western educated, native Arabic speaking Chief Medical Officer CMO for their client in Dubai which is a mental health and wellness center.The position reports to the CEO and works closely with the COO and CFO.We are looking for Physicians with a minimum of 15 years of experience within the mental health industry in a clinical leadership role within a mental health setting, both inpateint and outpatient. The candidate must have experience in delivering high quality mental health services, service delivery at a strategic level and should have lead a multidisciplinary clinical workforce.The candidate will be responsible for developing the clinical frameworks, strategies, direction, clinical risk management and ensure clinical best practices throughout the the group centers.Candidates who have not served as a CMO or CMD at a group level in a 100 + beds multispecialty hospital within a mental health setting would not qualify for this vacancy.The ideal candidate would hold a Master`s in Healthcare Management.Salary : upto Aed 80k - 90K per month plus family benefits (salary will be commensurate with the experience of the candidate).
