We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sushi Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about Japanese cuisine and have a strong background in preparing sushi and other traditional Japanese dishes.Responsibilities:- Prepare sushi and other Japanese cuisine dishes according to our menu and quality standards.- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar, kitchen, and storage areas.- Work with the team to order ingredients and supplies, as needed.- Train and supervise junior sushi chefs in the art of sushi preparation and presentation.- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
