Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a retail company in Dubai. Our client is looking for˙a Chief Investment Officer who will be responsible for leveraging relevant data and analytics to identify potential investment opportunities that support the organizations growth and diversification strategy. The CIO will develop and implement investment strategies, monitor investment performance, create fundraising plans, and present investment reports to management.<br /><br />- Develop and implement investment strategies<br />- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities<br />- Monitor and evaluate investment performance and make portfolio adjustments as needed<br />- Create fundraising plans and programs<br />- Prepare and present investment and fundraising reports to management<br />- Track and monitor the performance of the organizations asset portfolio<br />- Implement innovative forms of information processing to enhance business insights<br />- Perform macro level analysis to define the investment strategy for new opportunities<br />?<br /><br />Requirements- 7+ years of experience in investment management with a focus on private equity, fundraising, venture capital, or real estate<br />- Bachelors degree in finance, business, or a related field<br />- Relevant professional certification, such as CFA, is strongly preferred<br />- Prior experience working with a reputable consultancy, investment firm, or family office with related investment analysis / asset management experience is required.<br /><br /><br /><br />Benefits- Attractive Salary & Benefits<br />
