Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading SaaS technology company during a period of change and also, importantly, leading up to an IPO early next year. Reporting directly to the CEO is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance ProfessionalRoles and responsibilities:

  • Lead the IPO process, coordinating with the lawyers, auditor, and potential investors.
  • Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives
  • Manage the due diligence exercises along with the team
  • Responsible for Investor relations and stakeholder management
  • Advising the CEO regards to M&A / Investment and Fundraising / IPO project
  • Take responsibility for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, as well as help, drive the company?s financial strategy.
  • Report financial results to the board of directors;
  • To provide support to the CEO and the leadership team in accordance with the corporate vision and business strategy, providing key advice on external influences and their potential impact on the business.
  • To ensure that accurate and timely financial & management reports are produced in line with regulatory compliances
  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement
